Pike University is a company-wide training and career development program developed in-house for all employees. The purpose of the program is to ensure a standardization of systems and technology while enhancing employee performance. This prepares each employee with the tools to provide our clients added quality and services.
Courses are offered throughout the year and include: Procurement; Contract Management; Scheduling; Estimating; Project Finances and Cost Control; Communication; Quality; Productivity; Preconstruction and Bid Management; Billing and Cash Flow; Startup and Closeout; Conflict Resolution; Change Management; as well as various software training.
Additionally, Pike believes that Career Path Development is an integral part of each employee's growth potential and another program provided by Pike for employee advancement. Mentoring is established for entry level individuals to allow their growth into careers with Pike and a structured succession to upper management.
