Construction management services for Steuben County’s 85,960 square foot new skilled nursing facility which replaced an existing facility. The new 107-bed facility houses larger private and semi-private rooms, an indoor therapy pool, and interior courtyards accessible to residents. The three-story central core with two-story residence wings includes administrative offices and services on the ground floor, and support spaces on the first and second floors. An open kitchen is at the center of each dining area. The building is a steel framed structure with exterior brick veneer walls. Its two-story design, coupled with state-of-the-art HVAC technology allows for efficient energy use.
