Construction Management, especially in the K-12 Educational Market, is the 'delivery' system proven to be the most cost effective; proven, especially by Pike, to return to clients dramatic savings on their project. However, many School Districts and many Architects still look with favor on a Clerk of the Works or an Architectural Rep, as low-cost alternatives to meaningful Construction Management.
