Pike provided preconstruction services and construction management services for a new 82,070 square foot high school and 6,244 square foot gymnasium. The new building is a three-story educational facility with a cafeteria and all other required support spaces. Construction consisted of a pile supported concrete foundation system and structural steel frame with composite floor slabs, masonry and gypsum over light gauge framing interior and exterior walls. Exterior masonry veneer, metal panel cladding and curtain wall systems enclose the building.
