The Pike Company provided construction management services with a GMP for a 344,565 square foot senior living community. The $71 million project was constructed on 83 wooded acres in the village of New Paltz. The facility is a four story consisting of a 177-unit independent living building, 96 assisted living units, a 40-unit health care facility and 24 single story cottage units.

The 40,000 square foot community building contains a pool, spa, informal and formal dining, and many other residential amenities, including banking, a fitness center, salon, billards room and a post office.

Pike self performed the site development trades including site clearing, impacted soil remediation, all earth work cut and fills, underground utility installation, and all interior infrastructure development. The site includes wetlands, on-site ponds, walking paths, terraced landscaping and vistas of the Catskill Mountains.
