Foreman

Position Summary

Participates in work on assigned project(s) and coordinates with Superintendent on creating work schedules, assigning tasks and supervising performance of field crew to ensure scope of work is accomplished within expected standards.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a trade/craft or general contract project work and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of educations and experience, required.

Knowledge

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Construction software usage, Contract Documents and Job Documentation, required.
  • Understanding of Cost/Estimating, preferred.
  • OSHA regulations and certification needs, required.
  • Basic Understanding of Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.

Position Summary

Responsible for the on the job scheduling, coordinating and supervision activities of all field operations personnel and trades people.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field and a minimum of 8 years equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a trade/craft or general contract project work and a minimum of 5 years in a foreman/supervisory role, required.

Position Summary

Provides overall management direction to operations personnel on assigned project(s). Responsible for ensuring job policy and procedures are met in accordance to company standards. Acts as the main point of contact to owner of jobs that result in new and repeat business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field and/or minimum of 7 years equivalent experience in a construction industry leadership role or equivalent combination of educations and experience, required.
  • Worked on a 10 million dollar complex job from start to finish, required.

Knowledge

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Construction software usage, Contract Documents and Job Documentation, required.
  • Understanding of Cost/Estimating, preferred
